Arsenal FC is interested in 22-year-old Laura Dick. She plays for TSG Hoffenheim. Her contract with them lasts until 2028. Arsenal must pay a transfer fee to get her now. Reports say Arsenal has made an offer. A move could happen this January.
Laura Dick started at TSG Hoffenheim in the 2018/19 season. She played with the U17 team in the B-Juniorinnen-Bundesliga Süd. After two seasons, she joined the 2. Bundesliga for one year. Then she reached the Bundesliga. She has played 53 matches for Hoffenheim's first team. This season, she plays well. She got her first call-up to the DFB women’s squad.
Arsenal needs a good goalkeeper. Manuela Zinsberger is hurt and recovering. Anneke Borbe is the only healthy one now. Daphne van Domselaar also has injury problems. Laura Dick could help the team. Her old coach Theodoros Dedes says she is one of the best German goalkeepers in the league.
