

Delphine Cascarino has left San Diego Wave FC. She wants to be closer to her family in France.
Delphine Cascarino played as a forward for San Diego Wave FC for 18 months. She appeared in 34 games and started 30 of them. She scored seven goals and gave nine assists. Her work helped the team a lot.
In April 2025, Cascarino got the Player of the Week award. She scored two goals against Racing Louisville FC. In May 2025, she made the Team of the Month. She also got a nod for the Most Valuable Player award.
Before San Diego, Cascarino spent nine years at OL Lyon in France. She played 134 games and scored 20 goals there. Since 2016, she has played 83 times for France and scored 16 goals. She missed the 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup because of an injury. But she played for France at the 2024 Olympics.
Cascarino is leaving to be near her family. Her twin sister Estelle plays for West Ham in the Women’s Super League. There are talks she might join London City Lionesses, but nothing is official yet.
