In April 2023, the team had a Bundesliga record crowd of 38,365 fans for their match against Eintracht Frankfurt. In the next year, 30,123 fans came to see them win at home against Werder Bremen. Their last big crowd game against FC Bayern München had 35,711 spectators.
On May 14, the DFB-Pokal final will happen at the same stadium. This is the 17th time in Müngersdorf. Werder Bremen could still reach the final. FC Köln is already out of the cup.
