The semifinal took place at Meadow Park. Manchester United played Arsenal. Both teams wanted to reach the final. The game was close and full of action.
Arsenal tried to control the ball. But Manchester United defended well. Just before halftime, Arsenal made a mistake. Elisabeth Terland scored the goal. Ellen Wangerheim helped with the pass. This gave United a 1-0 lead.
In the second half, Arsenal pushed to score. Then Olivia Smith got a red card for a bad foul. Arsenal had only ten players. It was hard for them to score. United's defense, led by Maya Le Tissier, stayed strong.
Lea Schüller came on for Terland later. Layla Drury was in the squad but did not play. United held the win. They advance to the final against Chelsea.
